If you have completed all 9 steps but your progress won't advance to 100% it's likely the phase names have not been changed. That can be done by clicking the 'start now' button when you're in the Product Roadmap (stage 2)
Once you edit the phase and steps names you can always go back to edit them, the 'start now' button will change to 'edit'
